Workshops and performance
Dinesh has performed his poetry and short stories in Liverpool and Manchester; at the Eight Days A Week Liverpool Artists in Koln festival, 1998;
and with The Yellow House at the Rap Et Ecriture International Hip-Hop Youth Exchange in Clermont-Ferrand, 1997.
He co-wrote and co-performed several performance pieces for Asian Voices Asian Lives and The Spark Collective all over Britain, including venues in Bradford, London, Sheffield, Slough, Leicester and Preston.
These performances also featured on BBC Television and Radio 4.
Collaborative and grassroots approaches to creativity have always been a feature of Dinesh's work,
and his workshops can incorporate creative writing, performance, rhythm, poetry and storytelling and the
expression of identity through writing.
Dinesh 's workshops are especially suited to pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4, but can be adapted for younger and older participants.
